Awesome, thanks for adding the game :D It really deserves its share of attention for rather sophisticated gameplay, nice graphics and clever level design. As with what I said about Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, pity the genre slowly surrendered its positions to the encroaching "Doom clones" that defined the landscape of action games for the years to come.

BTW, it is my understanding that Alien Rampage's engine was at some point intended for the eventually cancelled Duke Nukem Forever side-scrolling platform game. Guess it would have been a nice step forward in the Duke Nukem series too :)

Now that we have Duke Nukem Forever, the side-scrolling platform game, we can confirm that it has nothing to do with Alien Rampage.
