British text-based popstar simulation game, early 90s?

Hi there.
I'm looking for the name of a British popstar simulation game, probably released around 1990 -- but maybe as late as 1992 or 1993. The goal was to get your band #1s on various international charts, and making it in the United States was quite difficult.
The game had a name-generation engine for your albums and singles, and they all were quite comical, mocking the industry.
The game very well might have been called "Popstar." If that's the case, I'd like confirmation, and for somebody to hand-deliver me a copy.
