in 1990 i've played this game called Sharp Shooter
it was CGA (320x200, 4 brown/red/green/black dark colors)
2-8 players
dated 1987 or 1989 possibly
played like artillery (or more like scorched earth with only baby missile, and occassional tower attacks at random)
you can move your tank, or 'rover'
license was public domain
it's near impossible to find this.
