Has a download link been forgotten? I can find some version (which seems to match?) in the following page at CD.TEXTFILES.COM (PC GAMES TO THE MAX (1993)): http://cd.textfiles.com/maxx/tothemaxpc ... index.html
Either way, this clone of Ataxx (not to be confused with Attaxx), like Ataxx itself, can be seen as an interesting tweak of Reversi.
Back in the day, I got exposed to this DOS game titled Hexxagon, also considered to be an Ataxx clone (according to the Wikipedia page on Ataxx): https://www.classicdosgames.com/game/Hexxagon.html
