That link is broken. I guess the exclamation mark in the url is what prevents this from working as intended?

No. Every game on the site needs to have a thread on the forum. A recent change that I had made to my custom CMS for the site had a bug that took me a couple of days to fix, so the forum thread pointed to a page that didn't exist yet. I fixed the bug today and successfully added the game to the site and publicly announced publication. Unfortunately, you noticed the forum thread before I was able to get the game online.
Today entirely the maniac there is no excuse with the article.
