PLEASE Help Me Find This Game!!!!!! Gem Something!!! [Crystal Caves]

I really need to remember this game from my childhood:

I played it on an MS Dos computer, year 1994/5 was when my parents owned the computer.

The game was as follows: It was something to do with mining gems. You played as a little character who dropped into a gem mine, you went into each door/level and collected all the gems, avoided the foes, etc etc, you walked around using the arrows and spacebar to jump I think.

There was barrels of nuclear waste lying around too I think. You could also pick up health packs.

PLEASE help me remember the name of this game!!!
