That John W. Champeau had a lot of gall charging money for clones of copyrighted games. I'm surprised he didn't get sued. In fact, Namco could still sue him for any money he received from registrations.

He wasn't the only one who tried. Also, I think Champ Games was threatened to be sued by Namco, which is the reason why it was shut down back in 1996/7. With that in mind, I'm not sure how legal this site is with all the full version downloads of the games.
