Good for Windows 2000 and XP emulation, terrible for Windows 95 and DOS (bad input, poor driver support), plus it only supports its own hard drive image format (no ima/img/vhd/chd usability) and personal registration remind nags a lot. I wouldn't use this for DOS or early Windows games, but pesky 1999-2003 NT software, or even as a ground for something like a 'bomb squad' for spyware, testing for possible false positives that turn up.

Interesting, I've had a pretty good experience with it so far. It can't do IMG or CHD, but it can do VMDK (VMWare) and VHD (Virtual PC). Apparently it's the third most popular virtualization software.

It would be nice if it could use or create IMG files so that I could use the disks in DOSBox or Bochs. It seems to be impossible to get through an installation of Windows 95 in DOSBox, but I know DOSBox can run Windows 95 if you give it an image file that has it already installed.
Today entirely the maniac there is no excuse with the article.
