The fifth game in the popular world domination series, and the first to be exclusively for Windows 9x. The world is divided into 205 nations, each of which supports one of eight ideologies. Version numbers continue from where they left off in World Empire IV, starting with v5.0.0 in World Empire V. The shareware version can only be played against one computer opponent.
