Flight of the Amazon Queen  1995
DOS Freeware (former commercial)
Developed by Interactive Binary Illusions (Gee Whiz! Entertainment)
Published by Renegade Software
Genre: Graphic Adventure
User rating: 0.0 (0 votes)
Flight of the Amazon Queen is a graphic adventure set in 1949. Pilot Joe King must fly to the Amazon to save movie star Faye Russell and a tribe of Amazon women from a mad scientist who is using a DinoRay to turn women into dinosaur-human hybrids. Gameplay should be familiar to anyone who has played a LucasArts graphic adventure, and a lot of the comedy hints at FOTAQ being inspired by Indiana Jones. The full CD version was a talkie featuring full voice acting. The PC Games demo is identical to the earlier demo except that specifies a January 1995 release date for the full version of the game. Only the hotel is playable in the shareware version.
