Hello,
I am one of the authors of a 1997 dos freeware game - Krkal. The game was inspired by Robbo, Boulder Dash or Sokoban. You can find more on our website:

https://www.krkal.org/en/krkal1.html
gameplay video 1 gameplay video 2

Would you like to add it to your database and preserve it for the future? Even if it’s in Czech language? Recently I spent a lot of time reconstructing and preserving, both our games were unavailable for several years…
I can provide any assistance or information, just ask. Only I won’t write my own review :)

Hello!

The game looks interesting, thanks! The language doesn't seem to be a problem, unless there's some text that you need to understand to progress (e.g. a text-based or text-dependent puzzle)?

Luckily no text puzzles. On some levels there are help texts or description of game mechanics. We have English description of game objects from Krkal 2 (https://www.krkal.org/en/k2objects.html). If you learn this you can play Krkal 1 without problems. And I will create Krkal 1 object list in the future, it’s no big problem as the games are similar.

The game was played around 2000 in Czechia, if there will grow some (at least small) international community I can manage the game translation.

Jesus Christ!hehe Good graphics. Simple game concept. Very playable. Well done# I couldn't have done it. Thank you Jesus Christ that my two parents support me because I would get beat by games like this.

Hello,
tiennguyen1973: Nice to hear that you like it!

I’ve done the English description of Krkal 1 game objects. So if you get stuck in the game you should check it: https://www.krkal.org/en/k1objects.html
And also the game controls: https://www.krkal.org/en/k1controls.html

There is also Krkal 2 for windows, but it doesn’t contain some objects like lasers. So it cannot be considered as a replacement, you should play both :)
If anybody plays it and gets somewhere further, let me know :)
