Need help finding top down airplane shooter

Hey everyone, I need help finding an old game I forgot the name of.. It was a top down futuristic airplane like shooter. The game had an upgrade system and the only upgrades I remember are the Vulcan cannon for the main gun and the Big Bertha upgrade for the bomb. Your ship had a blue and gray color scheme while the enemies had red and gray.

It had some resemblance to Tyrian in terms of ship designs but it played almost exactly like Zone 66 by Epic Megagames. It was probably not a dos game because it had much smoother gameplay probably early 2000's with games like 7days a skeptic, Seiklus, Blood Zero, and other games stylized to look like old classics. Thanks anyways
